INTERNATIONAL COACHING FEDERATION

Coaching

I recently qualified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in coaching and I’m working towards my first accreditation (ACC).

Work stresses are affecting so many people and companies. People are spending a lot of time sick due to strain, stress and work related fatigue. I decided to retrain with this in mind bringing my own experience and perspective.

What is Coaching?

The ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously unseen sources of imagination, to enhance productivity and leadership.

I am enjoying this different approach in my work, which has honed my skills and introduced further aspects to my coaching, helping people to develop and grow in their lives, well-being and in the area of work related stresses and challenges. Looking at ways to engage companies to alleviate work place stress and build resilience.

ICF member international coaching federation

The International Coaching Federation is a regulatory body and seen as the highest standard in coaching.

What do my clients say?

“Margie is amazing. She is intuitive and able to sniff out when you are not quite in control…and provides the appropriate response and support that is required at that time.”

Long covid and anxiety

“I saw Margie when I needed help with anxiety and couldn’t sleep because of fears. We worked on it together and it has resolved. I feel a lot more in control. Margie is approachable and our sessions didn’t feel like hard work.”
